Aim Providing online, on the website of Lviv Regional HIV/AIDS Centre, psychosocial support to patients receiving substitution maintenance therapy, diagnosing and treatment of their diseases, providing them with comprehensive social support and assistance, collecting and processing data on monitoring of substitution maintenance therapy at all SMT websites in city Lviv and Lviv region.
Target group Former injecting drug users who want to improve the quality and duration of their life by rejecting injecting drug use and transition to tablet forms with a gradual reduction of a dose and motivation for giving up drug use in the future.
