Hepatitis cause a lot of problems in health care system. All over the world 71 millions of people are infected with chronic Hep C. According to the WHO data there are 1,5 million of infected people in Ukraine. Hep C could be treated. Important point is in time diagnostic. Therefore the SALUS Foundation in partnership with the Lviv Regional Public Health Centre and thanks to support of the “Alliance of Public Health” and Lviv Regional Health Care Department has performed the action of Hep C testing. During the action 120 people have been tested, 12 of them had positive results.
