"A table game and its potential in charity programmes for children and youth”
On the 29th of January 2010 in Kyiv a mini training “A table game and its potential in charity programmes for children and youth” took place. Trainers-experts of All-Ukrainian public centre “Volunteer” shared their experience of development and usage of interactive games in preventive work, especially table games. Specialists from All-Ukrainian public centre “Volunteer” presented four table games: “The Lord of the Rings”, “Step by step”, “Photo-counter”, “Adventures in Healthland” and analyzed potential of this method in preventive programmes, its strong and weak points. Participants were presented with the introduced table games. Experts Tetyana Lyakh- head of the methodological council of All-Ukrainian public centre “Volunteer”, candidate of pedagogical sciences, assistant-professor of social pedagogics and correctional education chair of Kyiv University after Borys Hrinchenko; Nataliya Trotsenko – master-trainer of All-Ukrainian public centre “Volunteer”, lecturer of social pedagogics and correctional education chair of Kyiv University after Borys Hrinchenko. Marichka Koval a member of Charity Foundation “Salus” took part in the action.
