Training “Violence prevention and safe sex business work”
 
 
On November 2-5, 2010 in Sevastopol ICF “International HIV/AIDS Alliance in Ukraine” has carried out trainer trainings in the framework of the projects on service delivery in the area of HIV/AIDS prevention among sex business workers, under the title “Violence prevention strategies and safe sex business work”.
The training was conducted by international trainers and dealt with following issues: reduction of risk behavior among sex business workers during services delivery, prevention of situations provoking violence, behavior strategies of sex business workers under the situations of violence by customers, policemen etc.
It is expected that after the training the participants – representatives of different Ukrainian NGO’s, will carry out the same trainings for social workers and volunteers- sex business workers of their area of activities.
