Charity Foundation “Salus”has carried out a training for members of HIV-service NGO’s. Foundations of NGO management, successful project management, effective work with the staff of the organizations were discussed. The participants have learned about peculiarities of staffing and essentials of financial management in NGO’s.

Training was organized in the framework of the project “Step Towards”, which is being performed by CF “Salus” and supported by ICF “International HIV/AIDS Alliance in Ukraine”.

The goal of the training was to provide representatives of the partner NGO’s with technical assistance.

The training took part on February 1, 2011 in the premises of Charity Foundation “Salus” (street Zyhzah, 5, Lviv, Ukraine).
