Members of CF “Salus” met with Mr. Dmitryj Tyhach −the head of Lviv regional department of All-Ukrainian Network of PLHA and discussed the following topics:

- current programs, which are being carried out by CF “Salus”;

- list of the services provided by the fund;

- project for people living with HIV dealing with their care and support (activities of self-help groups, peer-counseling, counseling on treatment and receiving ART, legal support, advocacy).

- level of social support for PLHA (Mr. D. Tyhach proposed to organize training on "Social support for HIV-infected people” at Salus Interregional information-resource centre);

- opportunity for social workers – representatives of Lviv regional department of All-Ukrainian Network of PLHA, to participate in outreach tours, carried out by CF “Salus” mobile ambulatories. The social workers could consult on ART treatment and provide medicines and rations for those in need;

- prospects of a big conference for the Western region of Ukraine on HIV/AIDS dedicated to World AIDS Day;

- customers acquisition to the services, provided by both funds, in particular involvement of HIV-infected pregnant women in the program "Step into the Future", carried out by CF “Salus”.
