On February 16, 2011 a team of Salus Foundation members attended a round table conference at Zhydachiv District Council (Lviv region). The participants discussed the epidemiological situation due to HIV/AIDS in Lviv region as a whole, and particularly in Zhydachiv district, met with government officials, members of local parliament, physicians of Khodoriv district hospital and Zhydachiv central district hospital, representatives of social service, NGOs, educational institutions. Participants adopted a comprehensive plan on HIV prevention in the district and decided to provide assistance to Salus Foundation members in carrying out the preventive activities. 30 persons took part in the conference.
