On June 17-19 2013, Kyiv hosted training "Strategic planning of organizational development of Interregional Information Resource Centre” under the guidance of coach Ms Svitlana Kuts.

            Main topics were: understanding of strategic planning for sustainable development and operation of resource centers, their milestones, resistance of changes. During the training mission, vision and values of IIRC were discussed; trainees were taught how to use SWOT and PEST analyses − main analytical tools for strategic planning. To ensure proper functioning of the organizations some sessions were dedicated to fundraising, financial planning and monitoring. From CF “Salus” at the training was present Ms Oksana Krystynyak - head of IIRC.
